Adding an Affiliate Banner to the Header of the FlexSqueeze or Flexibility 2 WordPress Theme is very Easy

You just need to know how to do it!

Note: This method doesn’t actually add the banner to the header area above the horizontal menu nav bar, but to the area directly below it and it looks just as good!

These 2 themes are very similar so the process is the same.

First login to your Admin dashboard area your WordPress site.

Then follow the instructions below, assuming of course that you have your affiliate banner code already.

Step 1

In the MENU Bar…

Under APPEARANCE in admin dashboard select “Flexibility Theme Options”

Click on “Feature Area Settings” link (in Jump To)

In “Optional Feature Section”

SET Display optional feature section below header?: = YES

SET Number of columns: = 2

Click on SAVE CHANGES button

(check website for features section displayed below top menu bar)

Step 2

In the MENU Bar…

Under APPEARANCE in admin dashboard select “Widgets”

Click on “Feature_top” in list of widgets on the right

Add a text widget to Feature_top (drag it over with the mouse cursor for the left)

Open text widget in Feature_top (if not already open) and INSERT YOUR BANNER CODE but leave Title blank

Save and close text widget

Step 3

Check your WordPress website

Your affiliate banner should now be in feature area underneath the horizontal menu bar

Final Note

If you make the width of your WordPress wide enough it should be possible to display 2 of the 468×60 pixel sized banners below the menu in the featured are using this method.
